On Sunday 4 November, you can enjoy a packed day of live music in the beautiful setting of Brisbane Botanic gardens at the 2012 Grass Roots Music Festival.
Now celebrating its 8th year, the festival showcases a fantastic selection of live blues, folk, country, reggae and acoustic rock music on the Bandstand lawn at the heart of the gardens. Highlights to look forward to include Transvaal Diamond Syndicate, Moondog’s Gypsy Blues Band, Buzz Tallay, Alison Forbes, the Wind Up Dolls, Kimberley Bowden, Darren Scott and a headline set from 8 Ball Aitken.
The event is completely free to attend, open to all ages and non-ticketed – what better excuse for a break at our Spring Hill apartments this spring!
